Melbourne – Office Assistant

Big Ant Studios are looking for a highly talented and motivated Office Assistant to play a key role in the studio.

Join us in making Australia’s biggest and best sports video games from our centrally located Melbourne studio.

We are seeking a reliable and organised person to assist with general office duties.

The role will include day-to-day administrative support, filing, data entry, responding to emails, ordering office supplies, assisting staff where required, and helping to keep the office running smoothly.

The role is five days per week, with hours flexible, but ideally 4-5 hours per day.

The hourly rate is $32-$35 per hour plus superannuation, depending on experience.

A car will be required for very limited driving as part of the role. On-site parking will be provided.

The successful applicant will be:

  • Punctual
  • Well-presented
  • Able to work independently
  • Comfortable handling a variety of tasks.
  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills are required

Previous office experience is preferred but not essential.
