Big Ant Studios are looking for a highly talented and motivated UI/UX Artist to play a key role in the studio.
Join us in making some of console and PCs biggest sports titles from our centrally located Melbourne studio.
Working with the Development Director, Art Director, 3D Artists, Animators, Designers, QA and Programmers to ensure the highest quality output.
The core areas of focus for this role are:
- Design modern UI and HUD experiences that reflect current trends and meet industry standards.
- Craft intuitive layouts with clean visual hierarchies and clear, consistent interaction patterns.
- Maintain visual cohesion and polish across all UI elements and screens.
- Refine and iterate on UI designs based on player feedback, usability testing, and data insights.
- Contribute to and evolve UI style guides, documentation, and shared design systems to improve team alignment.
- Collaborate closely with designers, UX specialists, artists, QA and programmers to deliver cohesive player experiences.
We are looking for someone with experience with:
- Figma
- Illustrator
- Photoshop
With extra consideration given to experience in:
- Knowledge of .xaml
- Prior use of Blend
- Working knowledge of UE4 or Unity
- 3D Software (Maya, Blender, 3ds Max)
- Traditional art
